Below are some basic care guidelines to keep your knives sharp in between services.
Hand Wash Only:
Never put your knives in the dishwasher - it can damage the edge and steel.
Avoid Hard Surfaces:
Surfaces like glass, granite, and ceramic are likely to damage the edge.
Avoid Abrasives While Washing:
To ensure the longevity of your knife, always clean with a soft cloth.
Keep It Honed:
To keep your edge for as long as possible, use a honing rod after every few uses to realign the microscopic changes on the blade.
